We will design, engineer, construct, install, maintain and operate an advanced “next generation” fiber-optic network in your apartment home community to deliver the broadband services, and a state-of-the-art centralized video network to deliver DIRECTV. We create value for your residents and enhance the competitive differentiation of your apartment home community by: (1) offering residents pricing for “must have” services (high-speed Internet & DIRECTV) that are discounted significantly compared to retail &/or competitive alternatives; and (2) building a state-of-the-art fiber-optic network in the apartment home community. High-Speed Internet Service

“Home Wi-Fi” included in each apartment home allowing residents to seamlessly connect their multitude of devices and move around freely within their apartment home.
Dedicated and secure Internet connection to each apartment home.
Wi-Fi delivery to common areas, including lobbies, business centers and pool decks.
Wireless delivery to common areas, including lobbies, business centers and pool decks.
Complimentary service to management office.
